shopgiraffe.com processes orders for shipping Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. 

For domestic giraffe WALK footwear orders of more than $300 shipping is FREE, less than $300 $10 will be charged for shipping.  For giraffe DESK shipments an estimate will be supplied upon request, please email us at david@giraffewalk.com

After your purchase is complete and your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your shipment.
