 DATA CHECK

When you send us your order we may require information verification before the order is fulfilled. These checks may include verifying your address, creditworthiness, and checking for fraud. As to the latter: we run partly automated checks on all purchases to filter out unusual or suspect transactions, or transactions which can be identified as susceptible to fraud. Suspected fraud will be investigated and if necessary prosecuted. By submitting your order, you agree to this.

GUARANTEES AND PRODUCT PRICE INDICATION

You can find the available payment methods in the Help/FAQ's section of our Website. We do not accept any other method of payment than mentioned, as our system is not designed to process other payment methods. Please do not try to pay by any other way than specified there. If you do, we will not be liable for loss of the payment or any other damages that may result from this action.

If you pay by Credit Card, we will deduct the amount due from your account as soon as your order is placed. In case of payment by Credit Card, all details (for example, Card Number or Expiration Date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to the company that provide remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access there to whatsoever.  Such details will not be used by giraffe WALK LLC. except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase or issuing refunds in the case of returns, in compliance with the exercise of your return right or for reporting cases of fraud to the police. 

ORDER SECURITY

giraffe GROUP LLC. uses a secure technology, one of the most robust encryption platforms available. Your payment information will be encrypted from the moment you enter it until your transaction is processed, and will not be saved on a public server. Although we use encrypted security software, the security of information and payments transmitted by the Internet or via e-mail can’t be guaranteed. giraffe GROUP LLC. shall not be liable for any damages suffered as a result of the use of electronic means of communication, including but not limited to damages resulting from failure or delay in delivery of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for electronic communications and transmission of viruses. Payments can only be processed if the billing information can be verified.

RETENTION OF TITLE

We retain title in the products until we have received full payment for all such products.

PRICES

The prices displayed on giraffe GROUP LLC. are exclusive of tax.  Shipping rates are applied per order.  Exact shipping rates depend on the state and country to which the order is being delivered. In those jurisdictions in which collection of a sales tax is required by a party conducting business in such jurisdiction, the consumer may be liable to pay a use tax.  giraffe GROUP LLC. does not have a place of business except within the state of New York, nor does it have local agents and representatives acting on its behalf.  As such, the consumer should note the payment of any tax is his/her responsibility.

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.

The total price specified in the final checkout screen includes tax and shipping costs. The prices are quoted in the order confirmation of receipt of your order as well, which you can print and download for future reference. 

Please note that although the site is composed with care, it is possible that the pricing information on our Websites contain errors. We are not bound by our offer and we reserve the right to cancel your purchase in the event of such error.

TAXES

giraffe GROUP LLC. is a business incorporated in New York State. 

All New York state residents will be charged 8.75% sales tax on their giraffeWALK.com purchases.

Shipping / INTERNATIONAL 

All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground. The shipping rate to the contiguous 48 U.S. states is $10.00. Please note that UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. 

Please allow 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for domestic delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.  All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

We are currently not shipping INTERNATIONALLY.

RETURNS

Returns are only acceptable of unused,unworn, undamaged items. We do not accept returns of anything that is missing labels, care tags, damaged boxes.

If an item has a problem that may have persisted in the manufacturing process, we will take this into consideration and investigate the matter. 
All of our products are inspected before shipping, lessening any chance of a manufacturing issue.
Exchanges will be processed only for item that is of equal value. If an item that you are looking to exchange for is of more value, resubmitting credit card information, and authorization will be required.

QUALITY AND GUARANTEES

The main characteristics of products are shown on each product page. The products offered for sale on shopgiraffe.com may not exactly correspond to the item shown in terms of image and colors due to the Internet browser or monitor used.  Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, giraffe WALK LLC. has the right to not accept returned products that are returned  and have been altered from their original status or damaged. 

Our staff of Quality specialists works diligently to ensure the safety and quality of our products. We strive to meet or surpass applicable regulations as required by federal law as well as guidelines set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.  We work directly with our manufacturers to implement strict quality and safety standards prior to producing any product.

OFFER VALIDITY

The offers on the Websites are valid only the moment that they are displayed on the website, unless a specific term is communicated on the website. We are not bound by any offer in the event of spelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the Website information. giraffe WALK LLC. reserves the right to cancel any purchase concluded in the event of such error.

www.GIRAFFEWALK.com has been tested in Internet Explorers versions 7 through 9, FireFox, Safari, and Chrome, and does not have any known issues.  If any problems persists, please email david@giraffeWALK.com, so we can work to have the site function ideally for any browser. 

LIABILITY

As and for liquidated damages for any and all claims arising hereunder, giraffe GROUP LLC.’s sole and exclusive liability shall be the return of any sums paid and received in connection with a purchaser.
